thank you very much for this insight into project risks. You really bring it to the point. I realize too often that project managers jump from one side of the triangle to the other. Even if they know of the triangle’s vertices the temptation doing so appears too alluring. And of course they will mess up the project instead of reducing one aspect (e.g. scope).
